What BuildDelhi is
A registry of builder floor listings across South Delhi. Builders and dealers list their own inventory; agents and buyers search it. We review new accounts and listings, but we don't verify every detail of every listing ourselves — accuracy is the listing owner's responsibility.
Listing accurately
If you list a property, the details you provide — price, size, floor, ownership — need to be accurate and something you have the right to sell or represent. Listings that are misleading, duplicated to inflate inventory, or not genuinely available may be removed.
Verified access
Contact details and prices are only unlocked for accounts we've verified, including through a referral from another verified account. Referral codes are single-use and meant for people you actually know in the trade — sharing them publicly or reselling access isn't permitted.
No liability for deals made
BuildDelhi is a directory, not a party to any sale, rental, or agreement between users. We aren't responsible for the outcome of any transaction connected through the site.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
